Guest mantis
My dearest master: Just when I thought that my life was over you rescued me. You took me into your home and you loved me, and made me a part of your family. You showed me that there was more to life then the kennel,a crate, the track or the back of a pick-up truck. You showed me what was allowed and what was not. You taught me how to climb stairs, and didn't get upset when I didn't get it right the first time. You gave me more toys then I have ever seen before. You let me sleep in your bed with you, and didn't get upset even when I tried to push you out. You gave me a special place in your heart, and more love then I thought was possible to give. For all of the things that you have given me, the only things that I could give you were all of my love and all of my companionship, and these things I gave to you willingly. Now my time with you has past and I have gone on to the bridge, but I just wanted to let you know, that when your time comes, I'll be waiting, I'll be waiting. I love you with all of my heart Your Greyhound

MilliesMom
Many thanks. Millie's been gone over a year, and I always have a picture of her on the fridge with her reindeer antlers on. It says, "Merry Xmas from Our Bridgekid". Also, her favorite bear sits on her place on the couch with the antlers on, and another bear of hers sits there with a bow. It still reminds me that she's around. Season's Greetings to you all!

Guest Jay
Why do they have to leave us so soon, too soon?? I sincerely believe the reason they live shorter lives is so they are not left here alone when we go. And the reason they leave such a big empty hole in our hearts, is so another one can come and fill it up. Can I get much sappier than this? I don't think so. Jay P.S.
