EllenEveBaz
Critter Fixers, Season 4, Episode 9 "Leaping Lizards" One of the main storylines is of Rowan, a brindle grey with seizures. Actual footage of him having a seizure while at the vet. It was hard seeing him even after the seizure, so hot, stressed, and confused. But after he's on an even keel for a few days, he gets to go home. I've avoided this show for years, thinking from the advertisements that it was another of what I call "professionally southern" shows where the people yuk it up so the rest of the world can poke fun at the stupid Southerners. But when animal care is involved, the talk is straightforward and sensible. It was kind of funny hearing the vet tech panic a little trying to get Rowan out of the crate to go home. In typical greyhound fashion, he was sleeping and didn't see any reason to leave his comfy nest. GreyPoopon
Seizures are hard to watch. I'm glad they were able to stabilize Rowan. I hope he has remained okay. The vet tech may not get over trying to move a resting Greyhound.
