dchope Posted September 20, 2015 Share Posted September 20, 2015 Both of my Greyhounds have been biting/itching the top of their tails and top of their back sides. I've washed their beds, been to the vet, they've taken antibiotics, they are on Frontline and hearworm medication and I ((or anyone) can't figure out what the problem is. I changed them to Iams (green) a few months ago and it seems to be working well. Their poo is solid. Was giving them Milk Bones as treats and stopped that yesterday (Saturday-Sept. 19). macoduck Posted September 20, 2015 Share Posted September 20, 2015 Sounds more like fleas. Frontline has been less effective lately. Try a Comfortis pill instead. It's gives a month of flea control.
