Does pheno kick in that quickly? It's only been 5.5 hours since I gave him a dose! I'm going to take him with when I go get his script and I have to stop at the emergency vet to get the blanket that I left for him and they forgot to give me. Rainey's whining on the Pheno started almost immediately, too. If you think it's from him being hungry, I highly recommend hand feeding cut green beans (I buy the frozen ones on sale and defrost them -- I'd feed them to Rainey 2-3 times per day) or other low-calorie treat, like carrot chips, etc. sending more prayers!
