Do You De-Skin The Chicken ?

Nope. The fat in the skin is beneficial, both dietarily and because it helps to "floss" teeth. That said, there's no harm in trimming some in the beginning if you're unsure how the dog will handle it.

I think I would. But only to fry it up for myself.:lol It can be done. I am so looking forward to the return of turkey necks in the stores.

Nope - the skin stays on. But, I have one that seems to be bothered by the wiggle factor (?), so I take the frozen chicken and put it under the broiler just long enough to crisp it a bit. Otherwise she walks around the yard trying to shake the skin off lol.gif
