Guest diggerspeed
It has been a few years now and I know Ihave posted about it before, but I think of him often and here lately, (probably cause it would have been his birthday yesterday) I have been thinking of him a lot. I just dont seem to ever stop missing my big buddy, he was so special to me. I see things often that remind me of him and it makes me both happy and sad. I have my Dash and Alex here now but it doesnt take away missing him. As Dash gets older and more grey in the face he is begging to look a lot like him and I think that makes me think of Digger. I do feel honored to have been able to be around such a big wonderful and special greyhound that he was. They are all special in there own way, but something about Digger to me, stood out above them all. Digger if your at the bridge listening, I miss you still and happy birthday, you will always be with me in my heart.

Hawthorn
As you say, he will always be in your heart . Quote When a relationship of love is disrupted, the relationship does not cease. The love continues; therefore, the relationship continues. The work of grief is to reconcile and redeem life to a different love relationship. ~ W Scott Lineberry Always Greyhounds Home Boarding and Greyhounds With Love House Sitting
