Cully Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 (edited) I came home from work/supper. Ms. Gracie had to go outside. I let her out and went to go start their supper. Gracie wasn't outside for more then a minute or two. When I came in with their food Gracie's had her neck bent to the right. She was walking/tilting to the right side. I called the vet and took her right up there. The vet doesn't think that she hurt her spine. He thinks she may have pulled a muscle in her neck. He doesn't think she had a stroke or anything else. She can shake her head. He gave her a shot of pred. She is on muscle relaxers and tramadol. 01/31 Well, she seems to be doing better. :clap She isn't leaning to right anymore. She doesn't like going out on the leash and she wants to be up on the sofa. I did pick her up and put her up there tonight. She doesn't like to sleep on the dog beds. You can tell she still doesn't feel well but the prayers seem to be working. Thanks. The hardest part is sleeping. If he moves, he yelps. He likes to walk even though I have a yard so I use a harness on bad days. She will be fine in a few days.
