Guest ChancesMom Posted April 29, 2008 Share Posted April 29, 2008 First of all I want to thank all of you for your words of encouragement and your prayers. I picked Chance up tonight. He was excited to see me but more excited to get out of the door at the Vet. They sent him home with oral antibiotics, a really sticky pasty medicine to coat his intestines and a special food that they said he would probably have to stay on forever. He has had a small bout of diarrhea since we have gotten home but it did not look bloody, thank goodness. I will keep a close eye on him. the only thing that I hate is that I have to leave him alone tomorrow while I go to work. As of now he is just laying around and about every 5 minutes he looks to make sure I'm still here. Again, thank you all and I'll keep you posted. PS... They have no idea how he got it.
