Both of mine are on the Costco dog food. They get the Chicken, Rice and veggie, it in a maroon bag.

I'm glad to hear things are working out for you guys. Chase sounds like a great hound. Another thing you could do is if your kids want to pet Chase. Make him go to them by having them call him over to them. And them have the girls praise him for going over them.

Fast is our whiner! He whines EVERY morning at 6:45. I'm sure glad he doesn't sleep in my room!

Only one of my mine is crated when we all leave. And it's Fast, he just gets into too much trouble if he's left uncrated.

I buy the Kirkland Chicken and Rice in the Maroon bag.

How old is he? If he's a senior hound. There could be too much protein in the food for him. Or he could have a UTI.

Sometime you just have to do feed what ever works best for the dog. Sometimes they just can't handle the good quality food that we what to feed them.

Noticed that even the Costco brand of the Chicken,Rice and Veggie has gone up too. I think it was $25.49 when I was there a few weeks ago getting stuff.

No problems with Angel's poo on the Proin.

Freddie my sister's big male will not go potty with his coat on in the winter. And we live here in Wisconsin, so it gets pretty cold here in the winter months. Freddie will stand on the patio and not move untill you take his coat off him. He just seems to prefer not to have coat on him .

I've had my 2 on the Kirkland Chicken and Rice for over a year now. And they both have done greyt on it! I've also gotten a lot of comliments on how soft there fur is.

I'm pretty sure some one hit one of my hounds that I would be ending in jail and they would end up in the E.R. NO one lays a hand on my hounds!

Err, what is GPA? Should I know that? Bhombolina's kennel name was "Ale Flashy." If you did walk her, I'd love to know anything you remember about her -- GO is great, but I don't think they had much info to give us. GPA stands for Greyhound Pet's of America. That little miss Flashy! She is a really sweet girl! I walked her several times while she was down at the kennel.

Congrats on your new girl! I volunteer with GPA-Wis too! I'm down at the kennel every other saturday that G.O. isn't there for there day. I'm just wondering what the kennel name was for your girl before you adopted her? Chances are that I walked her.

If you have a Pick N Save or a Walmart check there. I've gotten Frosty paws from both places. I have actually have the Frosty paw bites in my freezer right now. I use them as a treat for Angel who is on eye drops 4 to 6 times a day for a eye injury.

Your hound should be ok. You might might to keep a eye out for flea's though. If you have a lot of flea's in your area. Rabbits tend to carry them.

Rabbits tend to have fleas too!

I did check with my vet as to how much it would cost from them. And I was told the cost from them would be $62. i am going to call and try and talk with Mary the practice manger and she what she says. Maybe she'll give it to me cheaper.

My girl Angel has spay incontince.And she is on Proin 50 mg twice a day. Untill monday I've been able to order her pills from Omha Vaccince. A woman from the company called me monday and told me they can't carry them any more. She said the FDA changed some of the rules for pet medications. And I thought she told me that it now considered a narcodic(sp?). I looked on there website and there not lised any more too! So far I've found some of the place for her meds are: KV Vet supply $31.95 Foster's and Smith $39.60 National Pet Pharmacy $39.59 Central Pet Pharmacy $38.99 I was paying almost $34 for a 180 count bottle from Omaha Vaccine. And my vet wants almost $65 for a bottle that large. I've also checked 1-800 pet meds and pet care rx. And they both are fairly expensive. Does any one know of any other Pet Pharmacies out there?
