So any poop evidence yet?
I was working today. Their Daddy didn't mention anything, but I doubt he followed them around the yard. They're both behaving normally. Normally, for Joe and Brees, of course!

I love that bed! Where did you get it?
That's a Costco bed. $40. We have the same one, and it's very good. They don't hold up to Joe's brand of nesting the way the older ones did, but they last longer than an $80 Petsmart memory foam one!

Oh wow. If it makes you feel any better, Henry did this one year with a box of Ferrero Rochers. He unwrapped and ate every single one- it must've taken HOURS.
Henry is smarter than whichever one of mine did the deed. They ate the wrappers.
No problems yet. Brees was really hyper for a bit yesterday. Sugar and caffeine?

Good luck today!

Well I hope Joe's tummy doesn't get upset after this.
Um maybe you'd better not go away anywhere,
I don't think you're going to find a sitter for them.
You don't think the nice lady who took them last time would do it???

The olive thread! Love this!
I'm dog sitting a boy who gives me olives when he's happy.
Archie? LMAO!!!

Never a dull moment in Trenton.....
Nope!
They're totally fine. They were up my butt when I cleaned out fridge, and are dying to get at the meat sauce that's simmering
Fish. Next time, I'm getting fish.

I feel your pain. Xavi and I ended up at the evet a few weeks ago after he decided to help himself to dark chocolate covered figs. Of course I can find more locally; I bought them at Wegman's.
Check out this really great interactive chocolate and dogs chart
Thanks! Your chart basically says they might crap and puke. I covered our bed, as it's the preferred puking location!

My house smells like farts.

Maybe this should be in Soap Box.
One or both of the frickin fracken hounds got into the closet and pulled down some Christmas gifts. The chocolates were wrapped with a lovely red blanket. Blanket is slimy. Chocolate bag is shredded, no evidence of shiny wrappers. It was a mix of milk, dark, and white truffles. Smallish bag -- 15-20 pieces. I was going to mail it today. Vet said to give bread to move things along. Joe has *just* started back on a normal diet.
They're going to have Christmas poop.
Blankie, at least, is for a dog person. She'll understand the dried slobber.
Damn it! I really need some chocolate now.

Jan, I'm so sorry. Your tribute was beautiful.

WOOHOO!!!
-
Oh, man. Alicia, I'm sorry.
(I'm also laughing at the foot peeing.)
-
That's fantastic!!!

Has the vet had you try putting a drop of atropine on the hot spots? Tastes truly foul -- even to dogs!
-
Fabulous! I'm so happy to hear she's doing better!

Still keeping your girl in my prayers.

Sending prayers.

I know nothing about any of he medical/scientific stuff. I do know that you have every right to lose your sh*t!!!
-
Damn!. I'm so very for your loss. Chase's letters always made me smile. Thanks for giving us this last one.

Welcome!
Both of mine ate paper when they first came home. It eventually stopped on its own.

I know. You and the boys walking tomorrow?

This is bloodwork from Walter, my friend Leah's GH. He's 6. Wall had an episode a couple days ago. Details will be posted shortly.
Sorry for the funky screenshot. I'm a couple beers into the the night, and way too stupid to do this right!
Two minutes later:
(From 11/26)
Walter had some kind of episode tonight. They are running blood work. They think it may have been a seizure but don't know. He attempted to get up and readjust himself in bed and ended up unable to stretch out his entire front right leg. He managed to lay down but it was awkward and clunky and i held him up so he wouldn't fall down. Then i got him into his bed and he just laid there. I attempted to get him up again and it was the same, he paced an awkward circle & had a hard time walking and extending his front right leg.
I called Northstar & they recommended we come in. He was able to walk down the stairs, hop into the car and walk into Northstar.
Ugh.
I know Denise was dealing with seizures but what happened with Wal didn't look like Miami's (?)seizure.
Thoughts?

Oh, man. I'm sorry. Hope things are going well at the vet.

I'd wait it out. It's likely he'll puke it up on his own. You might want to give some bread to cushion things.
Brees can't have toys like that for the same reason. They just taste too good!
