I'll be thinking of you guys heading home today. I can't believe how well Carrier is doing...I'm sure there will be some ups and downs over the next couple of weeks, but Carrier is such a strong boy, I'm sure he'll be leading roo's again in no time!!

Maybe the OSU itself might know of hotels near by that other patients have stayed at? I know the Motel 6's usually allow pets. I did a quick pet friendly hotel search and there seem to be quite a few in Columbus. Oh Eva - my heart and stomach are in knots for you guys! I'm so sorry, I don't know what to say - I hope Dr. Couto is able to connect with them today and some decisions made. Did OVC know why his rear leg would be hurting, if there isn't really anything there? Has OSU seen his x-rays and concur with the decision that the right rear leg is fine? I wish there was some way I could help take the stress of this decision from you... Just out of curiosity,how far is the drive to OSU...?

My goodness, I just saw this trhead - what a roller coaster ride reading it through! From diagnosis to surgery to recovering at home! I am so sorry that the darling Darcy has cancer but I'm sooooo, so glad to hear she is doing as well as she is. Many, many good thoughts coming across the pond for her continued healing and for future good check-ups!
