  1. I am so glad you had no break and are on the mend.
  2. Oh, poor baby. Please keep us posted. I pray it is not a broken shoulder.
  3. The inhaler was almost empty, Thank God! It holds 200 doses, for a human, so that could have been a disaster. Samlur is doing well this morning. The muzzle will be going on even if I have to leave him for a second. I have a muzzle for the bedroom and in the living room.
  4. Thanks to all who answered. He spent the morning at the vet so they could watch him. The other meds were given since he was due for his yearly exam, today. So, he came in a day early. His bloodwork, today, looks fine.
  5. Sam punctured my albuterol inhaler when I went to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee, yesterday morning. I took him to the vet who said he would be fine. He did vomit his breakfast on the way to the vet. He seemed restless, last night, and had a rapid heartbeat which they said was normal for the situation. He seems to be o.k. , this morning, except for some whinning, which he never does. He has eaten breakfast and had a normal bowel movement. Should I be concerned? The inhaler was Pro Air. They did give him bordatella and deworm med. Thanks
  6. I just read this. I am so sorry you have had to go through so much. Prayers for Dude and your family.
  7. About 30 minutes before dinner all three of my dogs start staring at me. If I move towards the kitchen they are right there with wiggles and happy talk.
  8. Cynthia,You are so sick! Seriously hope eveything is going to be o.k with your pup.
  9. Thanks guys and gals for your input.
  10. Samlur gets a case of the hiccups , quite frequently, in the evening. Anyone elses dog do this? He does not gulp his food.
  11. Prayers for all the sick and injured pups on this forum. Love, Peace, and Good Health to all, is my Christmas wish.
  12. My rottie, Erda, who is accross the rainbow bridge, loved to get the fish food, whenever she had the chance. Never knew much difference in the gas odor, since rotties are notorious for odious farts.
  13. Oh my, poor Grace and poor you. Hugs to both of you. So sorry this happened.
  14. Maybe he has a blockage of some sort.
  15. I just read this. I am so sorry.
  16. Some people give rawhide so he thought it was just an extra chewie. Hope things move right along. The vet clinic I worked for, had quite an experience last year. A golden retreiever had a blockage...three mens socks, two pairs mens bvd's, a baby shoe a nylon collar and two, six foot leather leads. Bet he had a bellyache!
  17. Way to go Career! I had a beautiful Rottie who had the same surgery, same leg, with cancer. She lived three happy years after the surgery. We just had to have her euthanized a month ago and she was 12 1/2 so wishing you many more years of love from your special pup.
  18. Please keep us posted. Feel better cham and a hug for mommy.
