Sounds more like a seizure to me...

Oh yes....Miss Trolley will move all her toys from the toy basket & put them in "her" bedroom.

Bring a squirt gun along on your walk & try it.

Not sure about canine, but in humans any psychiatric med should be tapered off.

I'm so sorry Anna. I remember us sharing Ziggy & Nevada stories.

A beautiful tribute to a brave boy.....

Sending good thoughts for the pint size bundle of love....

I suggest no bed privileges unless invited by you. I've had 2 incidents of growling/snapping with Trolley & both were bed involved. She thought she could take over my space. She was very wrong. Each time that she has tried this I go back to reinforcing NILIF. No bed snuggling unless I initiate it & it's only for a few minutes & then she is off the bed. Works for us & no growls since. Good luck...

Trolley never toots. I'm assuming its because her kibble agrees with her.

i take advantage of a dog who has such a keen food drive and keep them w/ me in the kitchen. yup, with me and teach them basic skills such as down, sit, wait, back(moving backwards) leave it. i also teach them NOT to stick their head in the fridge, garbage or countersurf while they are with me. i have had wonderful results, it takes a tad longer to prep a meal but well worth it. the mystique of the kitchen and aromas of food become mundane and the end result is a pup w/ good food manners.
i had one dog who stuck her head in the fridge and grabbed a bag of onions! i had to laugh to myself . but w/ work and food rewards- always their own variety, not what i was prepping, i have had excellent success. give it a try, have a rug on the floor for the dog to lie on and stay as you work away.btw, one needs to contain the space and NOT let them leave the kitchen, jilly's chair lineup will work for that.
Excellent suggestion!

My Vet suggested just getting a piece of gauze, wrapping it around your finger & rubbing it over the teeth. She said that alone goes a long way in reducing tarter.

I used a compounding pharmacy called Pet Health Pharmacy here in Arizona. They were great & reasonable. Another is Roadrunner also in AZ. Both have good reputations.

Greyt news!

Awwww... the poor gal is really stoned. That's probably why she has no interest in food. Give that girl a kiss from Trolley.

I'm sure that she's on some pretty heavy sedation to keep her comfortable tonight. Don't want the sweet girl in pain. They will watch her closely. Sleep well tonight-both of you.

LOVE Costco! I heard a rumor that they might be starting to carry bully sticks...
The one near me carries the bully sticks.

Keeping you both in my thoughts...

I feed once a day, in the evening when I get home from work. It really helped with the potty training & getting into a poop schedule for Trolley.

Oh Jan...so sorry. I was just wondering how she was doing & saw this. I've always loved grey kitties.
