GeorgeofNE
When I read another article about this, it simply said their MIGHT be higher levels of hormones from the beef in some of the food. Suggesting that dogs are going to become hypothyroid from eating said trace amounts is a pretty big leap. And calling it "potentially deadly" is a REALLY big leap. Batmom
They should get excited. Thyrotoxicosis -- hypERthyroidism -- can be deadly, and fast. When it isn't deadly, it can cause permanent heart damage.
