Not all pharmacys have it in stock and will need to order it for you. I got mine from Walgreens. 500mgs by mouth 3 times a day for 5 days starting the day of the surgery. I knew it had gone up in price but I would still pay it as its much cheaper than what our e-vet/hospital stay was for Madison when she had bleeding issues after a dental with extractions.
