I posted about our boy and his irritability, arthritis and weight. Well, he has dropped 11 pounds and looks amazing! Just this morning he was folded in half on his pillow snuggled up in itself. He also has started jumping up on the bed to lay twitch us! He does not usually do this.

We took the advice of someone here and started cutting the skin off their chicken and also really looking at his portions. Combined with more regular exercise (cooler weather) he has dropped and looks great! His arthritis doesn't seem to bother him either and we attribute that to the weight loss and cosequin. Thanks again for all the great advice! I'll see if I can't get a photo uploaded :)

That's wonderful news! I'm glad he's feeling better. I had an dog with arthritis and hip dysplasia (an old guy who I adopted at the age of 10, a lab/pointer cross) and I had to keep him a bit underweight. It really did help with his mobility.
