Guest Gideon
Tank is in much pain and he has a strong twitch in his shoulder. I've given him ecotrin. Any ideas? What is this? It's not the first time its happened.

robinw
Something like that used to happen to Loca. I used to massage her neck and shoulder and apply heating pads. krissn333
I would massage and maybe talk to your vet about getting some Robaxin (methocarbamol) to keep on hand if it happens often. Robaxin is a muscle relaxer and was great for Sutra when he had some shoulder issues. Maybe also take him to a chiropractor or acupuncturist...he may have a misalignment that is causing the twitching. When my neck needs to be adjusted, I'll get cramps and spasms.
