Possible Tumor Update #2

Results from ultrasound showed no tumor :colgate However, this spleen is extremely enlarged, the liver is small and congested and major pockets of gas in the abdoman---causes unknow :unsure The vet is keeping him for 24-48hrs on IV fluid and different meds because we don't know if the meds would stay down and how much his system would absorb. Her 1st goal is to reduce the gas and see if the spleen and liver bounce back--until that happens other diagnosis is difficult to make. So, I'm basically in a holdind pattern and it's riping me apart! :(
