kickchick2000 Posted July 13, 2010 Share Posted July 13, 2010 Milky Way went to the vets today for his dental, we are looking at 1 possible extraction. He is also going to have a spot on his tummy looked at again. About a month ago I took him in for a small black spot on his tummy that looked like a blood blister but a little suspect, the first vet(not our normal vet but another from the practice) wanted to do surgery the next week. A week went by and the spot started to heal up so I went back for a second opinion ,our normal vet said it had healed up pretty nicely and she just wanted to monitor it. Well the spot hasn't healed all the way yet so they will re-examine it today while he is under and determine if it needs to be removed and have a biopsy. My sweet boy was just 10 years old 3 weeks ago. Any and all good thoughts are appreciated. I will post again in a few hours when I get more news. No extractions......yeah............... He's already starting to wake up and so far so good. They will keep him there until 6pm to monitor him and make sure everything is ok.
