Guest boondog Posted February 14, 2010 Share Posted February 14, 2010 I tried Duralactin for Dillon at the recommendation of her acupuncturist. Unfortunately, it didn't work for her. IMHO it did nothing for any of the hounds we put on it verses the dogs that were not put on it. Recovery time and future injuries were equal for both sets of dog, on duralactin or not. And like Boondog said, we had it in chew tabs. Elk Antlers, you might be able to purchase them and have the dogs use them a chew toys. I know my mom orders all sorts of antlers. I use the elk antler supplements ALL THE TIME for Curfew. They are a natural source of Glucosamine and Chrontroitin. I SWEAR by them, and I'd highly recommend. Greyt for those boney aches and pains.... I use the Horse Granules for me, the pups and the cat....cheapest, and the vanilla granules taste GREYT IN MY MOCHA!!!!!
