Batmom
Nothing. He'll be fine. Some vets prescribe 20mg if the dog has more than moderate tummy upset or inappetence. IIRC Claudia used that dosage for her pup for a time (forgive me if I've named the wrong person). zimsmom
That can be a standard dose for human's. Not sure about dogs but its a pretty safe drug. He should be fine. Have a happy T day today with your crew.
Guest Energy11
Yeah, the 20 mg of Pepcid is nothing. I give Curfew (1) 10 mg twice a day with his meds. Just wanted to post to say hello, and wish you a nice Thanksgiving Day!

RobinM
It'a going to be nothing short of a thanksgiving day miracle if I can pull this one off! I only have 6 people coming instead of the usual 14 or so. So, it should be simple and I decided at the last minute to have it catered, everything except the trukey which DH put up this morning. As long as Beau is eating (a little little bit at this point) it will be a happy thanksgiving for me! Guest Energy11
All sounds good! My MIL was supossed to come today, but the nursing home called, and she has a cough. They advised against her going out. DH went to be with her for lunch. So, our dinner will be later. Glad Beau is eating! Have a greyt Thanksgiving! Guest Greensleeves
Nelly's internal medicine specialist had her on 20 mg twice daily, and said that "people routinely UNDERDOSE with Pepcid." I can't even *count* the times we've doubled up on meds here. Happy T-day to your pack! We had ours last Saturday.
Guest eaglflyt
We've been instructed to give Ady Bea 20 mg. of Pepcid every 12 hrs. since she's on doxycycline and rimadyl. I think 40 mg. should be OK. Happy Thanksgiving! Shelly in OK
