Wasn't able to open the videos, but that is okay. I think once you get him off all those steroids, the muscle mass should start building again. Curfew was on Pred for about six weeks, and lot a ton of mass and tone in his back legs. Totally back now that he's been off it a while.

 

Maybe you can massage his legs, and "work them" when he is lying down. Like, moving them back and forth, etc. like a human in physical therapy?? Couldn't hurt. Also have you ever considered hydrotherapy? I know it really helps dogs what have had injuries, muscle problems, etc. Maybe, once you get settled, you can check into that?
