Back pads are coming along; they are still tender but he's getting around so much better than a week ago. Other than just being a little hoppy in the rear, he's totally back to normal...rushing (not as fast as usual but he's still there before I can open the pantry door!)in the kitchen when he hears me pick up their bowls, picking on Stel and defending me when Hitch and I play tug of war. We have an appointment next Monday (1/19) for follow up x-rays...it'll be a month since his diagnosis so we'll see where we stand.
