fourofem Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 My niece and her husband helped Bodie, their sweet old lab, to the bridge a few hours ago. They were so torn...his old hips and shoulders just went away from him. Otherwise, he was as healthy as a horse. I know how it is to give them just a few more days to improve that turns into months looking for some glimmer of hope....maybe when it warms up, maybe when it stops raining, maybe this, maybe that. There just were no more maybes for Bobo. They did the right thing for him...he's young again and can resume his favorite activity...humping (I guess that's allowed at the bridge)!!!!! He stalked my sister's lab (also a male) relentlessly. He's buried out by his very favorite place in the world...the lake at his grandpeople's house. Please remember Bodie in your prayers and send some good thoughts to Ranny and Myers. Thanks.
