It is the first one since we have had her (almost three years) so we have done pretty well on the teeth department. I am a worry wart though, so very nervous. Thanks for any prayers, Carol Ann UPDATE: The vet just called to say that Gizzy did really well. No teeth needed to be pulled, and they cleaned up really nice. She also found a double ear infection that Gizzy had shown no symptoms of what so ever. Her blood work did have one abnormality though, as she had an elevated ALT level of 189. The vet suggests that we give her SAM-e and retest in two months. I can pick her up at 4pm. Thank you for your prayers and good thoughts - they worked!! My Mom was nervous too until the Doctor called when it was over and said it was ok to pick me up. Your choppers will be shiny new like mine (well the ones I have left now).
