From what I understand Pemphigus only affects the skin. Something else must being going on for his gait to be off.

The nylon control loop from Karen's Kollars still rubbed the fur off of Jake's neck. Alisha at 2 Hounds is fantastic! I'm always annoying her about durable fabric for Jake.

Glad he is home!
Does the vet think the head tremor was a pre-indication that he was going to be sick?
Kisses to your crew.

Looking for an update on Striker. Fingers crossed he can come home today.

When Carolina had hookworm, she started out with diarrhea. I fasted her for a day and then started a bland diet. Even with the bland diet and smaller more frequent meals over several days she still had pudding poo.
Carolina and Jake are on Heartguard Plus year round, and she still managed to pick up hookworms. Take in a stool sample and have it tested.
ETA: Jake was treated too, just to be on the safe side.

Cara Lea makes really nice jammies. The best style would be her cuddly kimonos. No legs to deal with. You can always play with the length measurment. I always add an inch or two for tushy coverage. For the fabric, I would stay way from fleece since your hound might get too warm. Fannel is a good choice or regular T-shirt fabric.

I give Original Strength Pepcid for upset tummies. Only one a day.

You aren't alone. I lost Kira to osteo, so any limp and I go crazy.
I think I paid for the new waiting room at our vet.

When Jake had his tail amputated he had the standard antibiotic and 50 mg of Rimadyl twice a day (as needed).
I would check with the vet about the Tramadol. Kira was on that for osteo, which is whole other ballgame.
