You have regular visits with appointments close together at first and then they're spaced out until you only have to go for a 'top-up'. If I remember rightly I think it cost around £25 a session but that was quite a few years ago. It was money well spent though because my little Tess did brilliant with it...........

I give my greyhound strawberry Activia sometimes for his tummy sorts out the good bacteria for humans.......

With your greyhound being on other meds I'd ask your vet first if this might help at all. Just a thought.....
The poor love feeling uncomfortable.......I'd certainly push for advice from yours or A. Another vet for something he can take to ease his discomfort.
Maybe you could gently massage his tummy in a clockwork motion this might ease it a little it sometimes helps with my greyhound when he has tummy ache.
