This is one of the hardest things I've had to read. I am so incredibly sorry for your loss.

Kyle and Lynn,
I am so very sorry to learn of your loss of Stewie.
-
Nancy and Doug, I am so very sorry for your loss. Calvin was a very lucky dog to have known your love.

Pam
The first thing on my mind when I woke up this morning was you, Barkley and the heartache I felt for what happened to him.
I hope that whoever did this dies an equally horrible death when they go.

I'm just learning of Nixon's diagnosis Nancy. I am so sorry.

Shame on your neighbors for telling you to put her down. Shame on them for letting their run loose to kill birds, poop in gardens and potentially injure your dog.
This a 1000 times over!

Ducky would you please add Jane Clancy who died in an early morning fire along with the 20 dogs and 18+ cats of All Breed Rescue she tried to save.

Sending positive thoughts to Tanzi.

I wonder if part of the cactus spine is still in her paw. If so, maybe use some kind of drawing salve to help bring it to the surface.
If you have any lavender essential oil that may help draw it out and soothe it.

There's one less of the greyhound blueprints in blue now.

Anne, I immediately thought of you and Spriet when I read read the activity was Treiball.

Many clinicians feel diet/stool has nothing to do with the anal glands-needing firm stool to help express the glands as the dog passes stool was only a theory which is being questioned now. A newer train of thought is it may be more allergy related.
That is very interesting. Thank you for sharing.

That's a great update and picture!

Thank you for sharing your life of love with Colin with us.

Hope the boring, i.e. good news keeps coming.

I've always liked Springtime supplements. I especially like and use their Longevity, but it needs to be fed with moist food or dry kibble that has had water added, which is what I do. I could send you a bit to try to see if she would eat her food with it added if you think you would be interested.

Oh Lucy
I don't think I could have even envisioned something like that. My heart goes out to you and MoMo. I'm glad to read that the yunnan baiyao is helping. It was a life-saver for Bruiser many times over. In the end the hemangiosarcoma won, but it gave us many a reprieve until that day.

{{Lucy}} Woukd Manuka honey be allowed by Mo's doctors? It might help to dry up some of the actively bleeding areas. I'd check with them first of course but worth a try?
The same thing crossed my mind.

I'm so sorry she is gone so soon after coming to Camp Greyhound. She was a very lucky dog to have known the love of two families.
