I'm so sorry for your losses. this must be way beyond painful for you.
  3. I'm not sure where you live but Chilly Dogs is in Canada (they ship to the US though) and we have 2 of them and Houndstown is in the US and we also have 2 of them. We also have 3 Zentec coats but they are expensive and I've never seen anyone on GT with them. You'll get lots of suggestions.
  4. I'm not sure if you're aware of this so it may be worth repeating. Please make sure you do not put the dog tags on the D ring of the martingale collar. If they get caught on something, the risk of strangulation increases.
  5. Wow, that's significant swelling...poor baby. Hope she's feeling better soon.
  6. Bailey kinda lifted her leg at times...I just thought she was imitating Ben Brooke always squats. Ben does both, depending on whether there's something to lift his leg on.
  7. Thanks for the tip. I can reach in and take food out of our greys mouth. It may be something you might want to aim for in the future in case something happens again. I might have put a glove on and risked getting bit in this case, just to try and ease her discomfort. I'm assuming that's the reason you didn't reach into her mouth.
  8. it looks like a pimple to me too. Ben had one once. I popped it, white pus came out and it healed on it's own. This conversation is almost as good as the poop ones Warm compress may help too
  9. remember how much he loved Dave?
  10. I miss him a lot too...he was such a good boy
  11. Welcome, really awesome pics of your really awesome greys. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to many more pics and stories.
  12. Ben is our whiner. I love the sound even though I can't figure it out. I know some day in the future I won't hear that whine, so I enjoy every single moment of the sound while I can. We adopted him 6.5 years ago and I keep thinking where did the time go. When people post about how some things about their greys drive them nuts, I always wonder how they'd feel if their grey wasn't around. Life is too short to swaet the small stuff. jmho
  13. I am so sorry for your loss...so sad it has to be your first post. I also knew a couple with a grey that was young and collapsed and died. Again, no idea why. How terribly sad.
  14. Congratulations on the foster failure I can see how difficult it would be to let her go though...she looks so sweet.

  19. I'm so sorry for your loss of Hailey. Your tribute conveyed so much love.
  20. congratulations...she's very pretty
  21. What did he throw up? If it was yellow bile, he was probably hungry. Some greys will do this and owners found that if they give them a small snack before bed, it will hold them over until breakfast. If he ate something and threw it up, it could be many things, including eating too fast. If he continues to throw up, it could be more serious but he seems to be ok so far. If he doesn't throw up again and seems fine, I would feed him, especially if it was just yellow bile.
  22. I'm so sorry...she is so beautiful and well loved. Our thoughts are with you.
  23. omg...I am so very sorry. Rest well little sweetpea...you were loved
