Anyone using this and having any problems? Two of my four will no longer touch their food if the Joint Health is in it (flavored tablets)nor will they take it by hand. This just started last week when I opened a new bottle. The will take the Fresh Factors, but won't touch the Joint Health.
Have they changed anything that anyone is aware of?

Chica had a wound just the size of Teagan's last picture and it healed by itself in three weeks. Just a tiny dot now that I'm sure won't be there in a day or two. She wasn't a licker, so that was a good thing.

Congratulations and welcome to the Forum. My first 4 greys came from NGAP and I always take them there for their annual dental checkups and cleaning.
-
Can you all explain what changes/improvements your greys have had with these supplements? How long did it
take to see results? My 12.5 boy, Pistol, is on 1500mg daily of human grade glucosamine HCL and MSM already. And he eats EVO food. Do you all recommend the joint health & fresh factors? Thanks for your input.
I had my guys on that for quite a while, but it became very costly. I use the Springtime Joint Health and Fresh Factors and they are none the worse and it's cheaper for me.

Whenever one of my guys is put on an antibiotic, I start them immediately on a strong dose of Acidophollis (sp) AM and PM with their food. Since I started doing that, I have never had a problem with diarrhea while on an antibiotic. When I stop the antibiotic, I still give them the Acidophollis for a couple more days.

Welcome back and sorry to hear about Jitterbug.

Jason is so lucky, I'm jealous. At least Cosmo came back to see him. None of mine ever have.

I've been ordering FrontLine Plus and for the past two years it has come from Australia. The last time I ordered, it came from Israel. It's not a counterfeit and it is FrontLine Plus and working.

You may want to check out Metropolian Veternary Assoc. in Norristown, PA. They have internal medicine specialists on staff. They are a 24/7 hospital. We have never used them for internal medicine, however.
Thinking good thoughts for your baby.
My recommendation also. They are the BEST for specialized needs.

They have a new flavor that my guys love - Roasted Lamb. They are all doing very well on it in lieu of the Pacific Coast Salmon they were on before with no problems. Like to switch it around for variety.

I am so upset. No one called to let me know how she did with her dental surgery. The doctor was supposed to call after 5 PM. I called the clinic and the call went to message.
We have had Idol for two years now. She came to us one week off of the track. She has never been away from us for one day since. She is not used to being without her boys. She was crying in the van and we had difficulty getting her into the clinic. I literally had to push her in.
I know she must feel alone and I miss her so much.
So sorry to hear this, Irene. That is downright unprofessional.
I should have had more help with Red last week considering his problem and you would have thought they would have called to see how he was doing. Something is not being done right there - for a change. I'm sure she'll be very happy to see you today.
Hugs,

Have been using Frontline Plus for years and never have a tick problem. The only ticks I have seen were dead on the floor and not on the dogs.
Springtime advertising that their Bug-Off Garlic deters fleas AND ticks.

It sounds like things are going well and you have a smart pup there. Between you and the other dogs, she's learning very quickly. She is absolutely adorable. Can't wait to see her pictures as she is growing.
Roxie is lucky you went to the shelter that day.

Looks like she is fitting in just fine. She's a beautiful girl. Congratulations.

Welcome aboard. Calgary is a beautiful boy and I'm so glad you have decided to "chip". Can't wait to see pictures of your new girl.
I love the picture someone posted of Calgary's cat testing failure.

Buddy had LSS for the last two years of his life and for the last 6 months, he didn't know he had to poop at times.
I think the pain - of lack of pain due to meds - was such that he couldn't feel whether or not he had to go. I would send him outside and he would be out there for a while and sometimes he would come back in and poop right inside. Other times he would walk toward the door and not be able to make it out in time. He never had urinary incontinence and thank goodness he always had solid poops. We had to send him to the bridge at 13.
Hope you get some answers about Ellie.
-
If she had a poopsicle breakfast, she probably wasn't hungry any more.
-
Hoping Onyx pulls through this okay.
-
So sorry for your loss. Run free, Precious.

Yes, I get it for the greyhounds at Walmart. I have the vet call in a script.
Same here. Vet gives me an RX for a 90-day supply with refills and it costs me $8.00.

Callie looks good, Kim. Praying for a quick recovery.
-
Praying she comes home today. She'll do so much better in her own environment and will probably start eating. Hugs, Kim.
-
So sorry for your loss. It's never easy.
-
Lots of for you Kim and continued prayers for Callie's quick recovery.

Spoke to them this AM and they advised that they started putting in the Boswilla in February. She is sending me replacements with the OLD formula and they are taking back the ones I just got. She said they have had several complaints/inquiries and are not sure what they are going to do at this point. They are very accommodating.
