He's clearly still feeling very sore, but he came into the bedroom last night, something he hadn't been doing, preferring to stay where he was in the lounge. And as soon as I got up, he got up and hopped to the back door to be let out. He took himself up the garden very well, only faltering and sinking on that leg once, but he did seem reluctant to go anywhere unless he had the harness on and me right by his side - he's a smart dog! Hopefully it will be all upward from here! He hasn't pooped yet. Oh, and the other funny thing is that Jeffie, Sid's self-appointed guardian while he's been unwell, has been escorting us up the garden and back a bit like a sheepdog, now doesn't want to go out on his own!!
