Whoever trained that animal should be held just as responsible as the miserable creature who punished the poor thing for nothing! As a trainer I would think they would have to adopt out a dog if it can't be used for the purpose it was trained for.Evidently they did not screen their applicant. Hope the poor thing finds peace.
