macoduck
I'm having some difficulty finding a blood pressure monitor. Did all sorts of online searches. Talked with a medical products company. Sizing has changed with some manufacturers. I was told that everything is a bit larger - an infant cuff might now be a peds. Product descriptions might include dimensions of the cuff but that is for the whole cuff. There's never an explanation of the range of fit. Ideally I need one that would be a fitted circumference of 3.5-4 or 5 inches. Currently I'm looking at one Prestige model 82-INF (infant) and it only lists the overall cuff size as 2 x 10". I may end up getting this one and if necessary, buy a separate smaller veterinary cuff somewhere. My vets office hasn't been any help. Batmom
Not sure how much success you'll have with a regular non-doppler cuff on a leg? Could probably use it on a tail but that will be yet smaller. I'd probably call the manufacturers directly. Best luck! greyhead
We use the wrist kind. We do it while the dog is laying down, which puts the leg at heart level.
