Jeff
We are having an issue with GT Support Status expiring prematurely. This happens because we do not use the built in system which requires a set dollar amount. We choose to allow those donating to choose the amount so nobody is left out. This also allows for multiple donation to be placed within a year. We had a modification created on the last software to check for another active donation when expiring the first one. I am still waiting for that to be created with the new software. If your support status expires and you don't think it should be (only happens when you have multiple donations, and one is currently expiring) open a support ticket (Click Contact in the top menu) and we'll get you fixed up. My apologies for the inconvenience.
Jeff
I am hoping this is fixed now. I should know tomorrow. I created a test account, made it a supporter for a year, and then reverted it to a member. We'll see if it gets put back...
Pippin
Mine shows I'm good for another few months... I was just reading the benefits of supporting, and it mentions blogs- you were going to dump blogs, weren't you? And I found a benefit I didn't remember - being able to attach photos in all forums, not just cute/funny. Does that mean that if I'm a supporter, I don't have to remotely host my images and then link to them? Quote Mary Semper Fi, Dad - I miss you. CaliforniaGreys
Mine has a start date of January,09 and an end date of July,10 Shouldn't the end date be jaunary,10? Jeff
I'm often generous Not always though. Depends on when I get to them and the amount. If I am behind schedule entering them, or they are above average, we add more time
CaliforniaGreys
Well thank you oh generous one, just don't get ticked when I do it again in January. January is easier for me to remember than July Quote Missing my little Misty who took a huge piece of my heart with her on 5/2/09, and Ekko, on 6/28/12 For the sick, the lost, and the homeless
