galgrey
Hello and welcome to you and Domino! The spooky ones are very rewarding. Where are you in SW VA? I grew up in Wise County. I was curious as well. Half of my relatives are in Clintwood, Abington and Kingsport Tenn. Where in Wise County did you grow up? We could be related. I grew up in the metropolis of Wise! My father and most of my relatives on his side of the family still live there. I have a niece in Coeburn and a niece lives in Kingsport, TN. galgrey
Hello and welcome to you and Domino! The spooky ones are very rewarding. Where are you in SW VA? I grew up in Wise County. You are absolutely right. I knew he was for me the moment I laid eyes on him. Every day is like Christmas around here with all the progress! As the greytlady said, we are in Salem, right next to Roanoke. I know the area well. I actually lived in Troutville in a really neat old farm house for a while after I graduated from college (VA Tech) many moons ago. It was a beautiful area and was right off the Appalachian trail. We used to have hikers stop by sometimes. And we're going to need lots more pictures of Domino! My blog about grief The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not get over the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same.
