Our vet lets us order from the online pharmacy they use, VetCentric, and we get it at a little bit lower price than if we'd bought it in the office. In one year's time the price of Sentinel has gone from about $90 to $145 for 12 pills. Why would there be such a big price increase in an established product? When I looked at PetsMegastore in Australia, they don't carry Sentinel but suggest Multiguard that has the same ingredients. For US folks, are you comfortable ordering from out-of-country? Did you need to submit a prescription from your vet? Are you satisfied with the quality of the product? How long was the shipping time? If any of you have a therapy dog, did lack of a US-based product cause any TD registration problems so long as your dog got the required annual vet checks? My dogs are tested annually for heartworms just as they have always been. The delivery time from Pets Mega-Store has been very good, usually within about 5 days.
