[Arthritis And Pain Meds Question]

Sugar has been on Metacam for her arthritus (daily) and hasn't had any problems. She also takes Cosequin (the other brands didn't work as well for her)

 

The way my Dr described the supplements working, when I was recently diagnosed with arthritus in my hip (and this made sense to me), it doesn't grow new tissue, it "plumps up" what's there, sort of like the difference between a flat dry sponge, and a puffy water filled one
