MerseyGrey, yes, that is Kitty the Hound on the list.
I've edited it to include "the Hound". Thank you for sharing her photo.
Thank you

Get well soon Milo. Those pesky teefers

It seems a coincidence but our friends in the village lost their beautiful brindle girl Kitty today, and I see that a Kitty has been added to the list of angels. Kitty was a Macau hound who survived the canidrome and found her way to life of luxury and love with her parents, and she will be very missed. She was a lovely, gentle girl. If she’s not the same Kitty, would you mind adding her name to the list please? Here’s a photo of her waiting patiently for her treat

Maybe it’s a boy thing? Buddy gets his toys out when he thinks we are going out. Grace is clearly much more chilled about going out!

I knew I’d seen that beautiful smile somewhere before…

Willa’s definitely the one with the sass, and Doolin’s the one with all the chill!

We’ve been a bit worried about him as he is not coped well with the summer temperatures, but the weather has turned a little cooler here the last few days and it’s like we have the old Buddy back! We are back to having two mile walks (at a good pace) and then home for a zoomie. Lambchop has added a new dynamic to his zoomies!

We have been struggling to get hold of Buddy’s favourite toy, the Honking Hedgehog, here in the UK. I had a moment of inspiration: my brother in law lives in the US, and my parents in law were going out to visit. I could order one (or two) to be delivered to his house and the in laws could bring them home with them - problem solved! So I got onto Chewy’s website, ordered two and had a little browse around and found Lambchop too! So here is a video of The Budster enjoying his latest toy with Nanny Janny. She’ll never replace Honky but she’s good value for money as she smacks him in the face when he shakes her

It sometimes feels like forever to the humans too.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’d only seen photos of her as an older lady so it was lovely to see some of her as a spring chicken, exploring the moors. Run free Peggy

I put this down to them being intelligent and inquisitive animals. Buddy still does this at almost 12 years old, eight years after he ran his last race and four years after being in our home. Nothing is new to him, but he is still interested in everything. I don’t expect it to change any time soon!

Congratulations! Can’t wait to start a Willa related playlist!

Buddy’s entry. I think ears are to greyhounds as eyebrows are to people

Hello and welcome. Benji is a stunner, but I’m a bit biased towards the black hounds
. You’ve started well simply by posting a picture!

This sounds familiar…

Buddy chewed a tiny corner of our wooden fire surround at some point in the first six months of us having him. No idea why, I think he just wanted some fibre in his diet.
And he’s a weirdo greyhound sometimes.

I love seeing this! Buddy rarely chatters from being stroked, he reserves it for really good smells when he’s out on his walks. How do you stop doing the thing that makes him chatter when you know it is giving so much pleasure?

Buddy would be a taste tester for McVities biscuits, but would happily consult for smaller businesses pro bonio

We did it last year. We started out at the back of the pack but by the end of the walk we were at the front, with no snarking from The Budster. The boy’s a born winner
