Good morning, my friends! 

Ma so agrees about the pains involved wif habing to change compromised card numbers numbers eberywhere.   She generally does knot use her debit card on line (weirdo much?) but has posted here about the saga ob at least 3 compromised credit cards.  She's started using the virtual card numbers her credit card company offers for most online purchases.  The virtual cards link behind the scenes to her real credit card, they are usable only at the one on-line store where she set the virtual card up, and the virtual cards can be locked between uses.  Her fingers are crossed, butt using the virtual cards seems to help keep her main card from getting compromised.  Did I just jinx that?    Anyhow, she is real sorry Miss Kerry is habing to deal wif someone else's bad behavior.
And boy howdy, does she hear you about the difficulty ob managing huge bags ob dog food, cat litter, and heavy groceries. Too much schlepping ob heavy things and her hips start to hurt.  She bough a foldable push cart to help wif the heavy things and it really does help.  She can lift something into the cart wif less joint wear and tear than if she tries carrying that same something up the stairs and through the house.

Their exercise class got cancelled 'cuz the teacher was sick so they went on to the gym and exercised on their own.  Now Ma's gotta drag herself out to mow the grass.  I had some good sunbaffing today and I can get some more after she mows!

Mam, congrats on the spiffy purkle bike!  Wisteria is a lubly name.  It's great that you can ride it wifout you legs getting numb.
You bike story hab made Ma nostalgic about her bike...she only eber had one.  It was a Raleigh 3 speed wif hand brakes that her Daddy bought for her at the Base Exchange @ Fort Sam in San Antonio when she was 6.  It was a full size adult bike so she really could knot ride it at all for a couple ob years. Butt it was her bike all they way into adulthood, though it's long gone now.  It was her favorite Crayon color, Midnight Blue!

Miss Elizabeth, I'm glad you're back.  Ma had a brief bit ob trouble wif GT Friday and Miss RE Carol mentioned an issue too.  It seems fix now for all ob us, so that's good news!

Charlie, I hope Miss Cynthia replaced your purloined breakfast and washed your poor soggy tail.  
The new car is beautiful!    Plus also, whilst is is unfortunate that the Mister proved to be a disrespectful, unworthy partner, I'm glad Miss Cynthia realized that and took appropriate action for her and your well being.

In terms ob vehicular entry mechanism--I mostly use Ma to boos my behind end.    Howeber, I am getting increasingly willing to use my own hind limbs to jump into the car.  Ma is so proud ob me when I do dat!

Ma got tomato plants planted--she's knot impressed with the one from Costco--and chard plants planted.  Then she got seeds in for okra, basil, summer squash, and cucumber.  We shall see how this gardening season goes.  She is steeling herself for failure since gardening has been a heartbreaker the last couple ob years.  Still, she plants and makes the attempt.   Today is house cleaning day.  That tires 'em out so I'm unlikely to hab too much fun today.  Still, there will be cookies!

Mt. Dew is pretty high in caffeine and Ma kinda likes the taste too.   It's been several years since she had any butt it was around the office before she retired.
Miss Noo Carol, Ma's mindgrains ended the same way as yours, wif the mental pause. For her, the mindgrains changed and got more frequent and involved lots ob barffing during that peri mental pause time.  She's real glad to be done wif 'em now too.

Miss Jen and Dio and Summer, I forgot to postie in my first post ob the day, how much I enjoyed the snacks you kindly provided for owr backandforth time for FancyToo.  Packing and noshing wif friends whilst fretting for a houndie we all hold in owr hearts is such a wonderful WFUBCC tradition.  You three are THE BEST!!!

This morning Ma had to take the Souparoo to the dealer for some oils and to get its tires looked at and some other odds and ends.  It is a 9 year old Forester and the nice fellow who drove it into the service bay got out and said, "It's just a baby!  I was expecting 100k miles."  They bof laffed since Twila has knot yet got eben 45k.  She atie up a chunk bo MY biscuit money and 3 hours ob Ma's day.
We hab another windy, unsettled sort ob day butt the wind is blowing owr cooler weather away.

AndyPants, developing ways to communicate owr demands desires to owr humans is a constant battle, isn't it?  You got some great techniques!  I hab finally taught Ma, after years ob frustration, that if I am standing on my bed, standing there waiting, it means I wanna be covered wif my blankie.  She has been slow to pick up the signals, but when the light goes off in their heads and they finally get it, it's a grand moment worth a celebration!

I heard from the vet yesterday with Tinker's lab results...completely normal. No sign of being hyperthyroid.  The plan is that I'll increase his food a bit to help his regain lost weight.  I'll begin to take him in every 6 months so Dr. McC can monitor the heart murmur and I'll keep an eye on his occasional limp--right now, it doesn't seem to be cramping his style.  So, all that is good news.   Lucy

That was prescribed by MoMo's oncologist when the osteo on her "ankle" outgrew her skin and became quite an unpleasant bloody mess.  Yunan Baio was a wonder!  I only knew it as a capsule, Chris, so I'm interested to know it can be used topically as well.  Lucy

Well, the Old Girls give one room a week a good cleaning and spot clean in between when needed.  That routine werks pretty well to keep things at an OK level ob clean.  They're done now butt the floor is drying so my beds are still dumped where they do knot belong.

Friday is always busy for them, butt Ma is gonna try to move the indoor plants outdoors and get the warm season seeds planted then.  She was delighted this morning when she watered the garden seedlings to see dill coming up!  She loves dill as a seasoning and dill seeds too.   She's also got all those plants she bought to plant.
