i'm so sorry. please tell Terri how saddened i am by Bullett's passing

loca broke a toe last year. it was the bane of both of our existence. the vet wrapped the foot and i was supposed to keep it wet. i put a thick iv bag around the foot with an elastic every time i walked her. once it came off and the bandage got wet, resulting in an infected sore on the toe. it was treated with antibiotics. it took several rounds to clear, but it eventually did. ETA that it took longer for the toe to heal than it did for her broke leg to heal a year earlier.

i'm sorry

my dog beansy (at the bridge) had several treatments of acupuncture following a stroke. she wasn't in any pain. she pretty much returned to normal (although a bit slower) and lived to age 16. it's hard to tell if it helped or if she would have recovered anyway, but i wouldn't hesitate to do it again if needed.

so glad she's home with you
