Gosh, Anne, I don't know what to say. I know how much Magick means to you. Somehow with all of your losses, I am feeling that this one will be the most difficult. I'm sorry doesn't seem to cut it. This last week has been one of bridge birthdays and bridge anniversaries for me. I remember you helping me with my first. You talked with me all the way home. I will never forget that. I can only tell you that Magick is with some great dogs, all of yours and my Vinnie and Red Bud included. You know I was just thinking this week about Frazier and the giant duck this week, and just yesterday about Magick and that dang banana. I hope he has all the stuffed sqeaking bananas he desires, and he won't have to share any of them if he doesn't want. Bye Boo..... Godspeed sweet boy. And hugs to you my friend

I brought Red's ashes home last May and that was a first for me. Getting the phone call was the hardest, though I knew it was coming. When I went to pick him up, all the vet folks smiled and talked about him because they loved him, too. I hope your trip goes smoothly and you feel relieved when he is home. Hugs,

I am just now seeing this and am so sorry to read that Guinness is gone. I remember when you and he first his the boards, your funny stories about him, and most of all how much you loved him. BJ, You have had an awful time these last few months. I am so sorry for all your losses. Each one on its own is a difficult, almost unbearable loss, and to have so many all at once. My heart hurts for you. You know, I consider myslef lucky to have met Maj and Black Jack at a Bluegrass event. What struck me when I first saw them was how they resembled Vinnie and Rex. A brindle and a black tux was my first pair, and I still have a soft spot in my heart for them. I can tell you that after losing them six years ago, my memories are still vivid and happy. I don't have as much pain from the day of the loss. It has been overshadowed by the memories. It takes a while to get to that point, but eventually you will cry less and smile more when thinking of Major. Sending you and Black Jack big hugs. Godspeed Major...
