He was meant to be with you...you understood him. I am sorry for your loss. Maybe he will find my Shepard (mix) at the bridge. They are amazing dogs. Cherish your memories, I am sure he gave you lots!

I am so sorry for your loss! Tasha's pain has ended, but sadly yours begins. Take comfort in knowing she is pain free, happy and healthy up there with all our bridge babies. I probably waited a day too long, but I was hoping for one last rebound. I am so sorry for your loss! I know the pain of that decision as do so many others. I too feel I let my Kona stay a day too long hoping for the same as you. You have to try all your options. May your memories bring you comfort and help dry your tears.

Congratulations! I use plant stands for raised feeder. They were maybe $7.00 at Biglots. They are pretty too! Mine I believe are 14". My girl did not do well without it raised. She is a princess! Enjoy your new addition! The spoiling has only just begun....

Kelly, I am so sorry to hear this! You did what was best for Romeo. He was lucky to have you show him unconditional love while he was with you. Prayers to you! I think mealtime was the worst for me too. Hugs to you!

I know exactly how you feel. Kona was our heart dog, we lost her Sept. 16th. She was PERFECT. No dog will ever be like her. BUT...I love my others for their own unique ways. Oh so different than Kona. I think it is perfectly normal. I too, like so many, are waiting for the sadness to lift. Hugs to you!

Merry Christmas to all our bridge babies! Oh how I miss my Kona. This is our first Christmas without her in 14 years! Gone from our physical being, but not forgotten or gone from my heart. I love you girl!!!

There are no coincidences in life. This is our first Christmas without our angel Kona. We lost her September 16. My Shepard is celebrating Christmas with your Shepard! I hung her stocking anyway. As we miss them down here, they are having one amazing celebration up there! Thank you for sharing this!

I am so sorry for your loss of Ozzy! Loosing a pet is so hard. Especially when they are taken from you way to soon. He may be gone from his physical existence with you, but he is always with you.
