Guest luckybolide Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 Just wrote my first post on the Behavior forum and thought I'd introduce myself... I'm new to the forum but not to Greyhounds. We adopted two of them in 2002 - a big brindle boy we named Jasper (aka Pilot) and a fawn girl named Lily (aka Osceola Exile). Jasper broke his leg badly in 2003, but with help from the wonderful people in our local Greyhound community, we got him fixed up pretty well, and we did meet-and-greets with both greys for several years. Sadly, Lily crossed over to the rainbow bridge in 2008, but Jasper is still hanging in there. His muzzle is grey, his back legs don't work well, and I suspect his vision is foggy, but he is as loving as ever, and has remarkably bouncy moments. He can still run plenty fast when he wants to! He gets along fine with our beagle mix, Guinness, but is still a bit afraid of the cats. Anyway...hi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
