I was very blessed to have such a Grandma. She was so giving. She also was a sort of smotherly motherly matriarch. Not meant in a bad way. She was never overbearing or controlling, but you could say she was always very involved. A Polish Grandmother. Taught me to cook Polish dishes and speak just a couple of words. She always kept up through mail with her distant Polish relatives in Poland - wrote in Polish. Many years ago, she and my Grandpy would speak to eachother in Polish when they did not want the kids to know something. LOL Thank you all so much.
