Guest CountryDogs Posted October 28, 2010 Share Posted October 28, 2010 (edited) Hello everyone! My name is Rachel and I've owned Greyhounds for over 10 years. Currently I have one ex-racer, Giles who is a big 9 year old fawn boy. I adopted him when was about 2 years old - he raced FL, was adopted and returned, and in at least 3 different foster homes before I adopted him. He's a total lovebug and sometimes I can't believe he's 9 years old when he's tearing across the yard. I also have an Alaskan Malamute/husky mix named Zoe and a Shepherd/Mountain Cur mix named Zippy. Sometimes we have a foster dog or two (or three) as well. Waiting at the Bridge, I have two greyhounds, Fletch and my heart dog Bluebell, and a German Shepherd/Husky mix named Lakotah. I am a CPDT-KA (certified professional dog trainer) and literally live and breathe dogs! I'm looking forward to learning and sharing on this forum.
