Jey, is it right that since we caught it early and he will be on the meds for a month that he may never have another flair up?

 

 

I'm very happy that it's Lyme and not O. smile.gif

If it is indeed the early stage, then yes, chances are pretty good that you can wipe it out completely. If he's had it awhile and just now flaring up, chances less so but still not zero.

Good news, bad news, so-so news. Still extremely happy it's not the big "O". Will pray that this is the beginning and this flare up with be the worst of it.

I'm hoping someone will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong, but for some reason I thought TBD needed to be treated longer than 1 month?? When Daisy was sick, Dr. Couto recommended 2 months of Doxy. (If my mind can remember correctly) Can someone help with the length of treatment for TBD?
