gryhndsr4us Posted June 17, 2009 Share Posted June 17, 2009 Gypsy had a vet appointment for today to have a lump on her eyelid looked at. She started rubbing at her eye yesterday. I put vet wrap on her leg to cover her dewclaw to prevent her from damaging her eye. Guess I was not fast enough. She has a very large corneal abrasion. My vet punctured the lump and squeezed out some very yucky looking brown gunk. Gypsy has some antibiotic ointment for her eye and is sporting a very fashionable cone. We go back Saturday for a recheck, unless the lump comes back before then. We may have to have the lump removed. Until then Gypsy is very unhappy with her new look.
