Guest Che_mar_Cody
I know it's time to get my boy on these, but am really confused by all the products out there. I'm after something reasonably priced, won't upset his stomach and hopefully no taste or tastes like a treat If you use them what kind do you use, and what's the main ingredient? Guest greytbookert
We use glucosamine by Get up and Go from Claudia at greyhound gang. Not only is the price right, it mixes right into the food and Claudia is always doing something for the hounds.
Josie
Syn-Flex here. Liquid Glucosamine Sulfate and HCL, shark cartilage containing 20% chondroitin sulfate, boswellin, yucca powder, manganese ascorbate, bromelain, vitamin C, omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids, vitamin E, and vitamin A. 1 bottle last for about 2 months.. it taste real sweet... Tuffy eats anything and is food driven so no problem geving him this.. I do mix it with his morning yogourt.. not really because it upset his belly, it's just more easy to give.. Burpdog
Joint Health & Fresh Factors by Springtime Best product I've used/recommended in 35+ years. The chondroitin is from bovine source. Guest Che_mar_Cody
Were giving it a go, going with powder since my pup is super finicky about chews. Thanks for all the input!
Guest greytkidsmom
We use Nupro with glucosamine. It is a powder that has a bunch of stuff in it including nutritional yeast. Add water and you have liver gravy. This is the cheapest place I have found it. clicky

Guest Che_mar_Cody
I just put my boy on the product Springtime. One week on this and I can see a HUGE difference in Cody. He's doing 100% better, more playing like he did when I first got him, jumps into the car are a graceful leap instead of 1 paw and a more labored attempt and just over all he moves easy. I so excited to see what being on this for a month will do for him.
Guest Gert
I love the Joint Health and Fresh Factors!! It's helped my two, also.
Guest ronansmom
I use a chewable tablet from Trader Joe's consisting of glucosamine and chondroitin. The dogs love the taste and accept them as treats.
Beautybabe
I use Dasuquin which I buy in 150 tablet bottles from my vet. Every morning the boys get a tablet with a dab of peanut butter. They love it. I have to say, going from one to three hounds, I need to find something a little less pricey.
ripley488
Another vote for the Greyhound Gang. High quality...reasonably priced...Claudia is availble to offer advise...and all money raised benefits Greyhounds. What more could you want?
