Guest sweetrn621 Posted February 26, 2008 Share Posted February 26, 2008 So I'm sure some of you will recognize us, as I've been posting but until Sunday, remained unowned by a grey. Chance finally came home to us on Sunday. I spent the afternoon with him before I had to go to work and everything was going greyt (he's been in a foster home for two weeks), and then I left and the problems began for my husband. That said, I came home this morning, have been home all day and am convinced that most of the issues lie with my other half, because he's not as consistent as I am, or as attentive. Chance has done greyt with us today and we hope to continue that trend. As promised, here are pictures from our first day together. Leaving the Petsmart M&G where we met up with his foster mom to pick him up: Already cozying up to us Curious about what this place called Wendy's was on the way home What is that smell coming from Wendy's??? Smells like burgers.... Made him sit for a french fry, hasn't sat since Chance tried to climb into DH's lap while he was driving, silly dog He was pooped about an hour after got home Sweet face We have yet to see roaching Had to kiss this sweet face, couldn't resist Chance and Jack watching tv together Tail end of the saddest look I got when I went upstairs to take a nap without him. I totally sympathize with the inconsistency in the other halfs - can they confuse the dog anymore?? They mean well and I hope they get it eventually! Also, I would suggest getting a tag collar and a martingale soon. Buckle collars aren't good on Greyhounds as they can back out of those collars and the buckles might hook up on something.
