Update on Tigger,

HI all...I have read your most recent comments and thank you all so much. I had seen the video clip on fly biting and that looks just like Tigger. He has been "seizure" free since last Tuesday. He does still snap at the air especially when outside and he does still try to get at his flanks like something is on them. But this is no where near what I was seeing on the day he was a whirling dervish, panting etc...

We are still waiting on Thyroid results and then we will go from there. I know there has been a very interesting thyroid thread as of late so I am hoping to join that thread once we get his results. So we are hanging in there. You have been so supportive...I thank you.

UPDATE on tigger

I am happy to report that Tigger has not had a fly biting episode for the past two weeks. He still goes after his flanks but only once in a while. His throid is normal for greyhound (I had it interpretted by the greyhound savvy endocrinologist at MSU). So we are in in hold pattern. If this is truly a seizure then it may be very hard to diagnose and we may just try seizure meds if these episodes happen more than 2 xs per month. Will post if anything changes.

That's good news about Tigger's thyroid levels being normal. Hope things continue going well for your and Tigger.
